Opposite the mummy and past the curtain, familiar objects scattered all over the floor suggest the aftermath of an event. In this alchemical marriage, passages from the Egyptian myth of Isis and Osiris are reimagined as a series of exercises in abstraction. Antiquated forms stripped of their historical contexts reveal the infinite ways magic shows up in the space between death and the domestic.
